Our fun, creative and custom weekly video challenges cover a diverse range of topics to match and build upon your company’s culture and values. These videos drive engagement by encouraging your team to practice Care, Community and Meaning. While we all know that Care, Community and Meaning are important, this knowledge itself does not actually help us. We need to practice.

Our Process

  1. Meet with you and your team to learn about goals/culture/values

  2. Conduct initial engagement survey of employees including a net promoter score

  3. Create initial incentive for employee participation (e.g., 90% participation in first month gets everyone an hour off early on a Friday afternoon) 

  4. Deliver custom weekly video with fun challenge for employee engagement

  5. Provide you with a weekly email explaining challenge (including link to video)

  6. Create a custom webpage or integration with company communication channel (e.g., Slack)

  7. Provide a custom tracking form for employees

  8. Conduct annual engagement surveys including a net promoter score

 
Our Team

 

Jairemy is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of executive experience in diverse fields ranging from Food, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemicals to Nonprofits and Software. He has served as COO of multiple organizations and worked extensively in business development, leadership training, and marketing. He is a co-founder of CT Assist, a cardiac surgery healthcare staffing company and is passionate about developing company culture and building great teams. Jairemy serves as one of three founding members of The WellMent Company, which was launched in 2019.

 

Alan is a 2006 graduate of James Madison University, and gained experience in community counseling, music industry, and healthcare in the years following his undergraduate degree. In 2009, he took a role in JMU's Office of Alumni Relations, and subsequently received his masters in Higher Education Administration in 2012. That same year he co-founded VA Momentum - an active event management company with the mission of Energizing Communities for Good. He serves as one of the three founding members of The WellMent Company, which was launched in 2019.

 

Kevin is a 2005 graduate of James Madison University and received his Masters in Higher Education Administration from Miami (OH) in 2007. He worked at George Washington University and James Madison University before co-founding VA Momentum in 2012. He serves as one of three founding members of The WellMent Company, which was launched in 2019.
